The teaching structure is based on two fundamental vectors: one “horizontal”, broad, regarding general management; one “vertical”, more in-depth, specializing in marketing, trade marketing, sales and communications.
The purpose of the course is to develop the ability to “know how to specialize”, together with the ability to think strategically and with an international vision.
A sense of responsibility, the development of the spirit of initiative and the ability to make decisions in risky and competitive situations complete the education objectives.
In line with these objectives, the main teaching contents can be divided up into two macro-areas:
Business, economy and society, statistics and quantitative methods, organization, accounting and finance, management control, business strategy.
In-depth courses in marketing, trade marketing, sales management, competitive marketing, integrated business communication, communication theory, advertising techniques.
